Investing in their own dental endoscope, they became pioneers in traveling periodontal hygiene, using subgingival vision to achieve unparalleled outcomes for periodontal therapy.
In just one year, Marvelyn and Katie have partnered with 12 dental offices, bringing advanced periodontal care to patients who need it most. Beyond their clinical success, they have coached numerous dental hygienists across the country, sharing their expertise and empowering others to embrace the transformative potential of dental endoscopy and to be able to work for themselves. Their influence has extended to professional platforms, including speaking at RDHUOR last year, where they educated attendees on the life-changing impact of endoscopic technology.
Katie, an adjunct professor at the College of Southern Nevada, is dedicated to advancing the profession through education. She supports the Nevada Dental Hygiene Association and envisions a future where dental endoscopy is integrated into dental hygiene curriculums, equipping future generations with cutting-edge tools for success.
Marvelyn, a Clinical Educator and speaker for Young Innovations, tirelessly advocates for dental endoscopes and periodontal disease awareness. As the current President-Elect for the Nevada Dental Hygiene Association, she is a dynamic leader, inspiring her peers to aim higher and challenge the status quo.
